Probably the best crispy chili oil I've had, I've had some that are insanely salty, and this one is very nice and focuses on the heat and has a nice crispy crunch.As it slowly gets used up, I like to top it off and dilute it with toasted sesame oil, makes the heat milder and gives it a nice smokey taste.Amazing on rice, noodles, meat, eggs, I even add some to sandwiches.
