I don’t think this is quite worth the money even though it is cheap. The paddles are pointless and the bamboo mats can be found much cheaper elsewhere like grocery stores…

First time making sushi......lockdown be hitting different.Made the rice seasoned etc, feared the rolling would be a pain. However, quick YouTube vid and with the aid of this fantastic little rolling Matt it was done in seconds and I was really happy with the result. Kids and partner have both indulged over the last couple of days and I will get them involved in the making next time around.

Exactly what I needed - a simple mat for making sushi, nothing fancy. You get two mats, one for beginners and one for the more experienced. I've never attempted sushi before but found it easy with the beginner mat. Cover the mat in cling film first to avoid getting rice stuck in the mat and for easier rolling. Excellent product.

It was my first ever sushi roll and matt worked great. Easy to use after watching how to prepare it on youtube (i.e. wrap with cling film etc.My only negative feedback would be - I wish it would be slight bigger (i.e. wider and taller) but still very good as it is so I highly recommend it as its a great value for money. No need to spend more as its the only thing you need to make your roll.

The mats work perfectly but the little paddles are pointless. Too small and rice just sticks. Better to use clean wet hands.
