simple. great build....loud. i was hoping it wouldnt be loud! oh well...guess i have to pay another $10+ for an ultra sonic/quiet. im most likely going to return it.

Wonderful for at night
This is a lovely diffuser. The settings are just what I need. This holds a lot of water, so if I set it on the 30 second interval option then it runs through most of the night while I'm sleeping. It automatically shuts off, so no worrying there. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is because it's a little bit louder than my smaller diffusers that I have.

Wasn't able to use it - defective electrical cord.
The power kept turning off, so I was never able to use it. The prong on the electrical cord broke off when I plugged it in. I was really looking forward to using it, especially with the heat turning on more frequently these days due to the cold. It was a good price and pretty good reviews, so I'm a bit disappointed.

Fire hazard
Clips that held the top two pieces were broke upon receiving it. After using it several times, I wiped out the buildup on the inside with a cloth and tried to use it again but it burned up leaking water thru the motor slowly overnight. Diffuser was very hot to touch and a fire hazard. Not worth the money.
