I ordered this necklace on June 5th and it was delivered to my house on June 9th. I wrote to the the owner to see if he could ship it any sooner than the expected date which was the 17th -28th. It was bday on the 15th and was going away on the 20th. Wow did he deliver. I was picky about the engraving, so I picked one from the internet and he made it happen and all in just 4 days. AMAZING. I have worn this necklace everyday all day since. I will never take it off. Best purchase best customer service. I highly recommend

This seller is super responsive and helpful. I messed up the position of the engraving and the seller was happy to take the piece back and redo it. In addition, the packaging was BEAUTIFUL! He sent faux roses in the box and extra goodies, like a small package of Turkish coffee beans. Just amazing. Not to mention that the piece itself is absolutely gorgeous - very dainty and the engraving is clearly legible.

The chain broke immediately and the seller refuses to contact me for a replacement chain.
