Another good cute book for our critter collection! My 6 year old can read most of just had to help with a few words

I bought Mercer Mayer Little Critter books for my kids and now I buy them for my Grandkids!

I can always recommend the illustrations and stories by Mercer Mayer. My granddaughter loves them. This week when she first read this book about a Little Love it helped her when her parents told us about a little fight on the playground. We were able to use the story as a teaching moment about conflict, disappointment and difficulty in life within the range of understanding of a three year old. She understood how much a Little Love could be helpful. It was a precious read for me as much as it was for her.

I have a three year old & bought this for her since she has a new little sister. I promptly added it to her Little Critter collection, as they are some of her favorites. She always seems to be carrying one around. This book is about giving just a little extra love to those who need it & sends a very cute message. I highly recommend it.

Any book by Mercer Mayer is good for all ages! My grandchildren love them & adults love the story & illustrations!
