Description on page clearly states that "Four #6 fasteners included". I ordered for scuppers and none had any fasteners included

Does what it says, replaced a broken set
Not really too much to add, I had a broken set of scuppers (they last 4-5 years typically in the Florida sun) and used these to replace. Same size and hole pattern so installation took a few minutes tops.
