My boyfriend laughs when I call this heating pad "my best friend" but it's the truth. I defend this thing like it has a life and a soul. I've had it for at least 5-6 years now; I originally bought it to help with recovery from the various jaw surgeries I've had in my life. I practically lived with it Velcro strapped around my head in the 6 month recovery from the big surgery, wherein my jaw was broken and reset. When I was hanging on by a thread or waking up in pain, this heating pad was there and the moist heat always made it better. I love that I don't have to soak it and throw it into the micro for the moist heat effect like other heating pads make you do. It just draws moisture from the air (and I kid you not, it ACTUALLY does this). For this reason the pad is a bit more helpful with the moist heat during the winter when it's rainy, or if you have a humidifier going inside. But honestly even when it's dry as a bone inside and it's only able to give dry heat, it's still a flipping miracle. I love that it's large - you can get your whole back of you need to. You can wrap it almost all the way around your head if you want to.My heating pad definitely shows signs of wear these days - one of the buttons is cracked, the temperature display sometimes spazzes out, etc. The temperature control box does stay toasty if the pad is plugged in (even when it's off) so I don't ever tuck the control box behind anything and I don't usually leave it plugged in. But to its credit, it's never stopped working, it always heats up fast, and it provides amazing moist heat whenever moisture is available. I've DEFINITELY gotten my money's worth out of it, and even though my jaw pain has been mostly resolved, I now use it for everything from post workout soreness to cramps and migraines... it's never let me down. Might be the best thing I've ever bought in my life.

I bought this as a present for my son-in-law in December 2018. A year later, my daughter is now getting one. They both love it and need it! This is the best heating pad ever! Worth every cent! This is a great product! They like how they can control the heat and the larger size of the pad. I am very impressed with the pad.The heating pad died today. Does not work and the return date ended on Jan 31. She had a slight problem with it earlier and got it working again. Now it isn’t. Can you help me with replacing hers? They are amazing and it should not have crashed after 2 months.

I used this pad to reduce the pain of IBS and gallstones. The heat adjustment is great as is the bit of weight. The timer is a definite plus, I set it for 45minutes and then feel asleep, no worries about being burned, it turned off when expected ( I actually think the weight was so comforting and soothing and that's why I nodded off. ) I needed a new larger heating pad and this fit the bill.Update….July 24, 2021. Needed this last night and it’s dead! Used my old one which is 40 yrs. old!!

I had this heating pad for a total of 2 years before it became useless. Until then, however, it was a great heating pad, providing hours of effective moist heat pain relief for several chronic pain disorders. I loved and used it so much I gave myself a heating pad burn on my lower back.But throughout the time I had owned this heating pad, the electronics would frequently glitch. Even plugged into a working outlet, it would sometimes not turn on. This continued intermittently, with me checking and trying several different working outlets before being forced to conclude that it was the heating pad itself that was causing these problems.Tonight, the heating pad won't turn on for more than a few seconds without flickering off nearly immediately. It's a terrible disappointment as I've never had a more effective or hotter heating pad, but I'm not sure I would purchase it again, even as much as I've loved it, because I don't want to deal with the electronic problems again.

I've had this heating pad for a bit under a year. I use it regularly for my neck. After about 10 months of daily use, there was an error message and the pad stopped reliably working. The seller was extremely helpful and sent me a mailing slip to mail back the pad before sending me a brand new one. I really like the timer aspect and how warm this heating pad gets. It very much helps my neck in the evening. The only negative is that I don't like the velcro. I solved that issue by turning the cover inside out.

This heating pad has everything it needs to deliver relief. The temp is adjustable to one degree. There is a timer which shuts down the heat when time is up. These features are critical as doctors will tell you that temperature and time lapsed are the biggest safety features for heating pads. The power cord is sufficiently long to allow ease of use and the controls are simple to understand and easy to use. The pad itself is soft and easy to apply and supplies a moist heat which is the most desirable for heating therapy. I keep the pad next to my recliner so that upon sitting down I can apply heat therapy in 15 minute increments. This is the best pad available and well worth the cost for the convenience and effectiveness it delivers.

I’ve had this for a few years now and I’ve been buying them to give as gifts. That’s how much this pad is amazing!!

This product worked great for 4 months and then stopped working completely.... when I turn it on now I see the LED display that shows the temperature gives an error code— E1– but there seems no way to fix this. Very disappointing for a $100 item.

This heating pad stopped working within three months of use. Cord is too short. Would NOT recommend!
