Q: I see a hook style mount bar in one picture and a straighter mount bar in another. Which mount bar comes with these. Are they the same on both colors?

It comes with the straighter mount bar. The mount bar design changed a number of years ago.

Q: Does it come with the bicycle trailer coupler attachment?

When I ordered last year it came with the attachment to the bike.

Hello Jules, thank you for the excellent questions. The Novel Bike Trailer does include a leash set but does not come with the rain cover. There is a rain shield attached to the front window that protect the doggy from rain or mud from the bike tires. You'll have to wait for the Britch tow arm. That is made suitable for heavy weight on the front and doesn't use a spring, but a pivoting connection.
