Looking to use with my pos for food truck, does this have brightness adjustment so it can be seen outside in the sun ?

The weight in the base of the touchscreen is not heavy enough. It causes the device to wiggle a lot while using it. Yes it does have brightness control but I never tested outside. I would never buy another one.

What is the processor? i3, i5, what? how much ram?, ssd size?, # of usb connection? where is the spec on this?

This is simply a monitor, not all in one. Standard monitor connections for PC and extra connection for touch sensors. Hope this helps!
