The only problem I've found in this book is that it was originally written in 1986, the last version (this one) is from 2001.Obviously many things have changed in these decade, most of all with the Web potential, so you can feel those informations were not available at the time (even if they were wise enough to sense things were about to change)But overall a great book!A great choice to understand the business, the process, the people involved, the calendar, the budget and anything else. It's very informative yet simple to understand.The book is more focus on the theater and dance scene, but it can be really useful for everybody in the business.I am a solo musician and I was amazed how many info I could get.Highly recommended!
