I have been usung Megareds for several years because it is so beneficial. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no fishy aftertaste. They also help my skin look less dry, and krill oil helps keep me regular. Megareds are a great value for the money and Amazon has the lowest price.

I used to take one capsule of one of several different brands of fish oil twice a day and I've always hated the fishy aftertaste. MegaRed Omega-3 Krill Oil Supplement, 300 mg, 60 Count was recommended to me by a close friend so I had to try them. I was looking a good source of Omega 3 and these seems to fit the bill. After taking the first soft gel I realized that I no longer experienced the fishy aftertaste that's associated with most fish oil capsules. Now I'm taking one capsule once a day and these seem to work. We began taking Krill Oil in place of Fish Oil supplements several years ago, and this product has NO fishy taste as do most fish oil supplements. Great product and has helped both my and ny husband's cholesterol readings!!

These are awesome!!! I've always had peeling/thin nails, and these totally strengthened my hair/nails to the point where I can go without polish or buffing. My eye doc actually recommended this brand for my eye health, but I've seen amazing results in other health areas. I feel like my skin is more moisturized too.Something super interesting my eye doc told me: Fish oil capsules should never give you "fishy burps". If the company harvested the fish oil correctly, the capsules will never give you a fishy taste/burps. If that is happening, it means the oil has spoiled and is not as fresh. He said the new technique of harvesting fish oil has made them better and fresher. This company harvests the oil well and I've never experienced fishy burps or a weird aftertaste. So just wanted to pass that on!!Also, the capsules seem to be coated in a slight flavoring: I can't decide if it's vanilla or a hazelnut taste. But it's nice and they go down well. I highly recommend this brand! I take two a day :)
