Excellent Support- but I've got a tip for you.
I have slightly pronated ankles, meaning my ankles kind of bend in. My pediatrist has suggested making sure my shoes had an insert with support. I've used the ones from CVS/Walgreen's but this one got great reviews so I tried it. It is very firm. You'll stick it in your shoe and try to find my review so you can yell at me- but give it a day or two. Make sure the hump part is hitting your foot's arch and be patient. I was disappointed when I got it cause I was thinking it wasn't gonna work cause it was too hard but then you get used to it and it feels really great, almost like a massage.

Happy feet.
It took me about 3 tries ro get use to it. One foot isnworse than the other in terms of the arch, its so bad I began to ahev severe knee problems. Thank God for google and asking questions, I found out about products like these. I chose this one because it was the most reasonably priced. It is very good quality and well made and yes after three tries quite comfty and had made a difference in my foot comfort. No more irritating pain in my foot or knee ... I do love a good long walk. It is my advice to take the original soles from your shoe that was my first initial mistake. Im on to my second pair. Happy feet.

Very Supportive
When I first replaced the original foot pad, I thought these seemed a little thick. But, once they've gone for a bit of a walk, they were very comfortable. There is a lot of support, where I need it (have had plantar's fasciitis). The shoe did well on the paved road, and on the side that is partially grass and partially rocks, and has some slope at times.

These insoles are fantastic
I got these for my 11 year-old son to use in his soccer cleats, which had no cushion or support. At first, he didn't like the way they felt, and refused to wear them, but he kept having foot and heal pain, so he was willing to try them again. Once he got used to how they felt, he has not complained once about them or about foot or heel pain. He no longer limps around after training or in the morning. I don't know that the insoles helped as much as it seems like they did, but we will be wearing them from now on. Best purchase ever.

Decent
I'm not sure if my feet just aren't used to an arch, but I felt like it was making me walk more tilted on the sides of my feet. A little awkward to get used to.

Thoroughly pleased!
I decided that I was going to make purchases that significantly improved my quality of life and these have become a huge favorite!Firm at the bottom so the arch maintains itself and soft and squishy enough on top for my feet to be well cushioned and supported. i have flat feet and issues with heel pain and these are magnificent! The relief was immediate for me!Somewhat of a chemical smell on them when I first opened them, so if you have a shoe deodorizer or foot powder/baking soda it'd be good to leave them in a shallow tub with that for the first night.

Great Insoles for High Arch at great price
Just bought my second pair. I've been wearing the first pair in my golf shoes for over 6 months. I walk most of the time, so put about 60 miles a month on the shoes. I have a very high arch and these have given me the best support of any I've tried, most being more expensive. They wash very well in the sink. Just FYI, I bought my golf shoes (Skechers Go Golf Fairway, which are also marvelous) a little wider than usual to accommodate the higher supports.

Great support
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in Nov 2019, ordered these and immediately felt the good arch support - had to buy new shoes one size larger to accommodate the insert and support socks. With proper exercises, heat / cold pacs . . was much better within 2 weeks and now it is Feb 2020 and not much problem unless I don't wear proper shoes /socks/insert or stand / walk on hard surfaces too long. Highly recommend
