Memory Box Ornate Shabby Chic Picture/Photo/Poster frame with Perspex Sheet - (50 x 70cm) Gold 19.6" x 27.5"

This frame is almost 2x the price of ones that are plain, but it comes with a trusting service. It's not wooden, it's some kind of plastic, but that doesn't take away on its beauty, in fact makes it very handy because it is very light in weight. I love that. Affix to wall in just 1 centre place lengthways or widthways. I have a 1000 piece puzzle in it and it looks smashing. The back panel fits snuggly into the frame at the back held in position with little bend over metal flips. The most amazing thing about it is that on the frame is a big sticker telling you that if you have a problem with the product you should contact them directly on ... this phone and this email ... and they will "send you a replacement straight away without you having to return the first". Well, my frame was not stuck / or V-shaped-clips clipped well together in 2 opposite corners and was rather wobbly. I tried to glue it with one called Strong Glue from a local supermarket, but it didn't work on that plastic so I took photos and sent email to the seller. I had no reply on the same or next day - in fact no reply at all - however on the third day there was a parcel at the door of new and this time well holding together frame, yippee. I'm very delighted and thankful for this very simple and open service and will keep on trying other glues on the first one! :-)

A great value frame

Really lovely frame! This was purchased to frame a puzzle and the finish result looks great. The frame is lightweight but still looks like expensive quality :). I went for the gold colour.

Looks good but it's not wood. It seems to be some sort of pre-formed fibre and looks quite brittle. As with others it arrived damaged. No issues with a refund, just a pain to have to send it back and think whether it's worth re-ordering in case same thing happens again.

Item arrived broken in packaging, bottom of frame totally off.

The frame looks great but it arrived with one of the corners misaligned due to a crack.It can't just be bent back into place because it was nailed in that state which means it wasn't "shipping damage" - that's just the quality of the work :(
