I bought these to attempt to reverse the bending of my third and fourth toes on one foot. This has become more painful recently.These separators seem to have been effective in correcting the problem - at least in the short term: easing discomfort and also appearing to straighten the toes.They are stretchy, and fit the toes on my Size 10 feet comfortably.I have found it best to wear them when I am stationary, during the day, when working at my desk. They are fine to walk short distances in, and I can fit shoes over them.I wouldn't attempt to walk long distances in themI find that they tend to catch on the sheets if I wear them at night, though this could be avoided by wearing a sock over them.Overall: recommended.

Good quality and nice and soft, does the job of separating my toes very well.

I bought this as my big toe was starting to overlap onto the second toe. It fits perfectly, it keeps the toes apart but is so comfortable you don't even know it's there

Good quality product but I think these toe separators are Marmite - you either love or hate them. They are nice, soft silicone, but unfortunately, I could not get on with them, they felt uncomfortable all day.I tried cutting one in half and using it like that, which was a bit better, but I have abandoned them now.
