Assembly instructions are excellent. Quality product.
This rig is a bit expensive but I am pleased with the value. The first thing I noticed was how heavy the box was. That encouraged me to believe it would be a sturdy rig. It is very sturdy. I'm a large guy and I wanted a rig that could handle my size. This seems to be built to last. The assembly instructions are excellent. I do recommend that you use the bar code and download the assembly video. It is one of the best assembly videos I have ever used. It took me a couple of hours but I did not try to hurry. The only issue I had was one mis-tapped set of threads. It is not causing a problem but I will probably re-tap the threads to repair it.I am very pleased with this purchase. Thanks for a great product.

Great setup, could use a few improvements.
I bought this primarily as a setup for F1 2021 using a Logitech G920 wheel and pedals. Assembly was pretty straight forward, and mounting the wheel and pedals was quick. Took time to manage wires using zip ties and electrical tape. The sim is very sturdy and heavy, so it doesn’t move while you’re really into a race. The seat could use a bit more cushioning. It reminds you pretty quick to get up and take a break and stretch. I play a lot of other games too that involve keyboard and mouse. I use the lower shifter platform for my mouse, which is ok, unless you decided to install your shifter there. Then there really isn’t anywhere else for a mouse. The keyboard platform needs to be adjustable. It would be nice to be on a articulating arm. I tend to just put the keyboard in my lap when I need it. It would be nice also if there were including options on the rig to run or hide wires. Through the tubes or built in clips. Overall a great product. I think those few minor adjustments would make this chair perfect.

It is a great setup...
Ok some thoughts. Some minor tweaking and it works great.Customer service outstanding kudos.Stability of frame - Using Fanatic wheel, ROCK solid little to no flex. Using load cell pedals and NO flex or movement. I'm 5'11 175lbs. I was impressed. Comes with everything for holding stuff. Even my gaming PC fits neatly on the shelf.Shipping- ordered Monday delivered in the driveway Wednesday, that's two days Prime!!! AwesomeAssembly- Easy, video setup was helpful and well made.Adaptability - 8 out of 10. I was able to add with a little tweaking Buttkickers, triple monitor setup and some informational tablets.Size is compact and VERY adjustable, everything can be adjusted.I added a seat adjuster a must have for $35.00.Enjoying the rig happy with purchase. Feel free to ask questions.

Solid
My first sim rig. It is very solid. No movement in the pedal platform. Very little movement in the steering column with a G29 wheel. The bad - the monitor mount is sketchy and needs to be secured to the rig or one runs the risk of having their monitor(s) destroyed if it is bumped hard. The PC/Console tray is of dimensions that make it worthless. Unsecured, a console will vibrate off the tray during normal play - it happened to me the first time I played. Fortunately there were pillows under the console, otherwise, the console would be a worthless pile of plastic and circuitry. Box was delivered to my door with damage to packaging, but product was undamaged. They did not include all the hardware needed, and the printed instructions and on-line video show a slightly different product than I received. Although the seat and pedal tray are adjustable, it requires removing and re-installing 4 bolts - something to consider if more than one player will be using the rig. I did not upgrade the seat and wish I had. The seat bottom is comfortable for long stretches, but the seat back starts acting like a block of sandpaper after about 2 hours of play. There is no way to level the rig. If your floor is not perfectly level, you will need to figure out a way to make it level. In short, if you are a Black-belt in constructing furniture from a box, and have a little patience with less-than-precise mass produced items, and you don't mind the seat, it's probably a good deal.

Everything you need in a cockpit.
I did a good amount of research and went with this because it came with so many accessories at a good price. The rig arrived quick, the assembly video was spot on and easy to follow, and the fit/finish of everything is spot on.Zero complaints after a month of use.

Overpriced
First, I am 6'2" and about 185lbs with very little body fat. If you are under 6' and maybe have some extra cushioning in your back end, you may not run into the same problems. If you're using a hydraulic or load cell pedal, you'll get a lot of movement in the floor plate. The seat has ample cushioning, but it is rather hard. If you plan to race for hours every day, your money would be well spent elsewhere. The good:Wheel mount is sturdyGreat amount of adjustmentThe bad:This is not built for tall peopleThis is not built for strong peopleThis cannot handle heavy brakingYou'll need a break after an hour in the hard seatThe seat is very close to the ground, meaning you're pushing forward on the pedals instead of downNote: I spoke with the company and they have a new design coming early 2020. I have seen photos and it appears as though they've addressed most of the issues I had. I'd suggest waiting til the new design is out if you really have your heart set on this cockpit.
