This product is fabtastic. I have personally tried several products over the years but have never had one that provided almost immediate impact. From ordering to raising questions on the item, through to the product itself this has been a very pleasant experience. I ordered the product on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery. The item was well packaged and not in excessive boxes and wrapping. But sufficient to ensure it safely reached its destination. The product packaging feels superior. It's well labelled and clear. No gimmicks but pure easy to understand instructions and facts. I use daily and love it. Easy to swallow unlike other brands and does not repeat. I simply swallow before a meal and feel the effects throughout the day. I have always suffered from a little bloating and sore joints but I could instantly feel the difference after taking these. I feel more regular, less bloated, joints feel better. It's also had a positive impact on my sleep and energy. I personally feel it's related to better intestinal balance and regularity. I have recommended to friends and family which is not something I personally would do unless I felt truly comfortable with the offering. Great product and a welcome addition to my daily life.

I’ve been using this product for 8 years after a midwife suggested I needed to include this in my supplements. Now I notice if I don’t take them. Primarily I use them for Cytolytic Vaginosis (CV) and since starting them it keeps all symptoms at bay. Very happy and will continue to take them.

I have really enjoyed taking this product. I will be honest and I can’t be 100% sure if the effects are from the vitamins , or if it is due to better habit at the gym. However, I have found to have an increase in attention and energy at the gym which has resulted in me easily upping weights recently, getting personal bests and generally feeling a lot better. I’d give it a go for energy.

This is my second run using these. Still a great addition, same results as before no DOMs despite new PBs or higher reps while weight training. These will be a staple in my diet now. Get them bought! Super stuff! I started taking these at the beginning of a new training programme, I found I got through the new daily sessions and recovered really well with these; little DOMs despite pushing myself hard. No taste / aftertaste to tell of, capsules are standard size with the usual kind of capsule shell - so go down absolutely fine. Couldn't recommend these enough!

Having trouble sleeping and not wanting to use sleeping pills, I decided to look for alternatives and found this supplement. Magnesium helps activate mechanisms that calm and quiet the nervous system and helps fall asleep. Furthermore magnesium is also good for restless leg syndrome which I had before starting taking this supplement. Very pleased. With this supplement I solved both problems.

I can't understand anything yet, I don't see any results, I've been taking it for more than two weeks

I am a long distance runner and heard that Magnesium Citrate can help with aching muscles post run and also with restless leg syndrome. As I suffer with both of these after running, I thought I would give them a go. I am glad that I started taking them as I have noticed that after a couple of weeks my muscle soreness has reduced and my nighttime restless legs has also settled. They are tasteless and odourless, plus they are in capsules that are easy to take. I will definitely be buying them again to keep my magnesium levels up.
