The product description did not state that these are the 1700ml absorbency. 1700ml might sound good, but it isn’t. I had been buying the 1400ml absorbency for over a year and assumed I was ordering those. I received 8 packs of the 1700 ml absorbency, opened one to compare and realised immediately, they were very different to the 1400ml. The 1700ml absorbency pads are rubbish. They are not as silky smooth as the 1400 and feel rough against the skin. The quilting is tighter which makes it difficult for the product to lie flat on the bed for long, it crumples under mum and falls off the bed easily which makes it ineffective for it’s purpose. I sent this product back but did not get a full refund for the one pack I had opened. Had I known how awful this product was, of course I would have sent the entire box back without opening any of the packages, but I could not have guessed that without opening at least one pack. I do believe I should get a full refund due to the fact that the seller had not stated the absorbency on the product detail page. I have checked again and it’s still not there in the product description.
