I received exactly what was pictured. The silicon/rubber(?) tipped tools were in good condition, not dry or cracked. The acrylic rods for the most part were in good condition, however, one rod on both ends was completely rough and actually chipped rendering it useless.It seems the remaining rods were smooth enough but mostly only on one end, not both :/ That makes it difficult to use when you have to stop dotting to take the time to feel the ends to locate the smooth one.Now perhaps I just received a bad batch and others have had no problems so I cant really rate them as bad.Ive purchased this brand before with the wooden tools and large metal ones mostly used for clay and those were all perfect. Cant really not recommend nor can I say Yes, purchase.

These are sturdy to hold and easy to clean. Also beautiful pattern on each pen to differentiate. I am happy with this product , as it has tools with size range from 1 mm to 16 mm ( this is what i wanted ) and with this price as compare to others, what made me buy this.

These work pretty good, except for the smallest rod on which the ends look like they were cut with a serrated knife: totally not flat and messes up dots. Other than that, this is a good set. Haven’t used the brush ends and probably won’t because I have paint brushes.
