Tender and tasty
Although these come on small packages it was more than enough for 2 people. I found a great recipe and tweaked it to my taste.The steaks were tender and tasty.

Feel kind of ripped off...
Sorry, but these are the smallest toughest most expensive hanger steaks I have ever had. When purchased from my local butcher it was only $16 for a whole one that was MUCH bigger and more flavorful! I thought I was getting 4 hangar steaks, but I got 2 small ones each cut in two pieces making a 4 pack. That makes each little pack $15 per person!Still, I opened one pack, dry rubbed and grilled the two little two inch pieces and... blah. So disappointed.
