I was dealing with chronic Epstein Barr and cortisol issues for many years. I was constantly tired and fatigued. I started taking two of these in the morning and two in the evening along with some antivirals. I was able to kill off the Epstein Barr virus and lower my cortisol levels with the combination of those things. I had so much more energy and didn't have the crushing fatigue anymore. Seven years ago, when my ND suggested adrenal support, I laughed and told her that I had tried several versions, and none of them helped. She handed me a bottle of Gaia Adrenal Support and said that if this one didn't work, there was no charge for the bottle. The FIRST DAY I took them I noticed a difference in energy levels. But that wasn't the most profound part of my experience. The first NIGHT, and every night since, I have a more restful sleep, where the deep sleep is deeper than it has been in years, and I actually wake feeling rested and refreshed. This is NOT a sleeping pill! But once the adrenals are properly supported, your body can relax INTO it's sleep and get deep rest. This is the *only* product I recommend, now, for adrenal support. I have used this for years and just switched to CBD oil and i think it's better for anxiety, but this works well, too. The price keeps increasing so I had to choose between the two.

My naturopath recommended that I take this supplement when my labs came back showing higher cortisol levels than what is considered healthy. After taking the HPA Axis for a few months my levels are within range, and I do feel better. Although this product is a bit spendy, it's worth every nickle.

This product is fantastic! I was recommended it by a friend with similar thyroid and hormonal issues. I've noticed an increase in energy, and stamina. I also feel like it's helped me regulate body temperature, helps me process food better, and regulate my sleeping patterns. I'm particularly sensitive to any kind of stimulants but I typically take two per day; 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch and do not feel jittery like caffeine makes me feel. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to take it going forward. The seller was professional and quick on shipping!

I could not use this product, use caution if you have any bleeding issues. There is something in the product that's not listed on the label, as far as I could tell none of the listed ingredients should not caused the reaction I had. My legs feet and hands looked like I was losing some major fights. I do bruise easily and I also get spontaneous rupturing of my blood vessels. But that's under control with Vit C. It's connective tissue disorder. But my point is if you have any bleeding or bruising issues, I'd be very careful with this product.I did email the company to inquire as to what that ingredient might be, they never responded to me. Amazon was very helpful though.I can't say if this product is helpful for those that don't have bleeding issues.
