Beautiful smelling perfume.

A beautiful scent which lasts the course too. I bought it by chance when I saw the word ‘mirto’ on it : I have a myrtle (mirto) bush and love its subtle, herbally smell - a cross between lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus (?) This cologne has that plus a top note of rose which smooths out those dominant herbs. It’s a relaxing scent, very Mediterranean - Aeolian islands, Crete, Rhodes, Cyprus - that kind of smell - walking down the beach as the sun sets ready to sit and grab a relaxing little bite at a quaint eatery with a nice drink : this cologne is the perfect smell to pervade your evening as the night approaches. A hidden gem.

Bought this after a good review in a newspaper - really liked it and you get a lot for your money!

This is one of my favourites from the range. Fabulous, distinctive and lasts several hours on my skin. A treat to help make up for missing my holiday in Italy this year!

I've visited Italy several times and I come away always yearning to go back. I haven't as yet vacationed on the Amalfi coast but its very much on my holiday list as I've wanted to see Pompeii & Herculaneum as well as gorgeous Capri and the Blue Grotto. For the moment, I content myself with this heavenly perfume which as soon as I use it immediately fills your senses with myrtle, all sorts of citruses, Calabrian lemon and sweet, passionate orange, and the promise of the Med, and warm sea breezes.

My wife loves the odour of Acqua di Parma perfume ... so do I :-)
