Panic over!!! Even though the supplier never got back to me I managed to find a very obscure website that had detailed instructions on how to pair devices and yay it worked!! So perseverance paid off! Will now hope they work as well as the product pages promise 🙃

This is great, but hurt my ears when I lay down to play my sleep music so unfortunately it is tucked in a drawer

The phones are bulky so when you rest your head against a pillow it is uncomfortable..AND the lady screams at you when the battery is low. She repeats it. Not sure if she is on commission.I am sure these are great headphones for training/running as the sound is clear (and pretty good) but as 'sleep phones', sorry, no. Not the best.

Good product does what it says on the box

Wanted to have something soft so I can listen to audio books at night without disturbing my hubby - the sound doesn't turn down much, so it's quite loud at night, even on the lowest setting, which isn't great for what I wanted it for, but there is some joy in the lovely soft fabric, the huge battery life and the easy functionality. Can't really complain!

I love this product although I still have to wear one of my hearing aids to be able to use it ( that’s my problem of being very deaf with very severe tinnitus .... I use this to distract my brain from the tinnitus with my iPhone app

Spilt water on it. Now everything it touches gets stained purple.Otherwise it's good for the price. Speakers are a bit chunky, but it's comfortable and the sound isn't bad.

Love these, reliable and decent enough sound for me on a run. Easy to connect to phone, the only tricky thing is getting the charger in, it's very fiddly but once you get the knack just about manageable.
