I had to get my bully a muzzle because she gets very moody and would randomly attack my other pit. My other pit will not fight back so i had to do something fast. I do not leave this on her long. This muzzle will need to be used with a collar. It has a strap under their chin. If there is no collar they can remove them easy. She can pant, eat and drink water with this on and my son loves to watch her eat treats with this on. This product is awesome and will give you security if you do not fully trust your dog around other dogs or people. Of course you will still need to monitor them. my dog is 80 lbs and i got her a medium. i think the large would have been to big.

Wow! It wasn’t supposed to be here for another few days, I didn’t think! The muzzle fits my dogs face perfectly! The dog I got it for is an 80 pound Staffordshire Bull Terrier (pit bull). I think this will be a great muzzle and will last a very long time. I love that the top strap between the eyes has a strap you can adjust to fit, but the best part about the strap is, the muzzles that are very similar from petsmart have a clip that gets clipped on the head strap, instead of looped around the strap. The loop on the top allows you to put a collar through it, and it also has a loop on the bottom for a collar to go through as well, so there’s two contact points that a collar can be attached thru and give you that extra peace of mind and sense of security that it won’t be able to just be slipped over the dogs ears and allow them to break free from the muzzle! I love the quality of this muzzle, as well! I’m just overall very satisfied with my purchase! I will be ordering more later down the road!

It’s very soft that my dog feels comfortable when he put it on and pretty easy to use. It allows my dog to eat and drink! Very good item!

My dog is completely comfortable wearing this. It prevents him from being able to bite while still allowing him to open his mouth to pant. Works great for taking him to the vet.

This muzzle is soft and shapes itself to the dog's head. I have purchased and returned 3 other muzzles from other vendors that were advertised to be for a dog with a 10" circumference and 2.5" length and all were much bigger than that. This muzzle is correctly measured and fits very well. Straps are wide and don't irritate and parts that will rub are lightly padded. Also helpful are the introduction to the dog instructions. It was a good buy!

This is a good product if you need a basket muzzle that isn't hard wire. Our dog has developed separation anexity in his senior years and has gotten very destructive. We were locking him in his kennel but he decided to try to "chew" his way out damaging several teeth in the process. After discussing the issues with our vet we decided to try a basket muzzle to keep him from further hurting himself and light medication to help his anxiety levels. The muzzle is a very thick pliable rubber with heavy nylon straps. The softness of the muzzle allows him to lay his head comfortable in any position and doesn't seem to bother him at all. The company is great also. Our dogs muzzle measurement was right on the border of a L and XL. We ordered a XL and it ended up being too big. I followed the instructions on the insert that came with the muzzle for a free exchange and I got a prompt response from the company. They are replacing the muzzle with a L free of charge.

First I want to thank this company for making one so tiny! It is the ONLY place I found one of these small enough for our terrier chihuahua mix. She's 10 lbs or less, maybe 8lbs. I got the smallest size. The rubber cage is too big underneath her chin but she still cannot get it off. The issue I did find is that the areas where you can tighten the straps aren't secure. When I first put it on her the side straps came undone from her struggling to take it off with her feet. So I super glued it and now she cannot get it off. I have one of these already for our maltese poodle mix and I know that their collar needs to go through the top strap as well as the under the chin strap. But this didn't come with instructions so if you don't know how to properly put this on then most likely your dog will get it off. Overall I'm so grateful that I was able to find one for her. Our 2 female dogs got into the habit of barking and chasing after anyone that comes in. We are renting a room so it really puts us in a bad position. These dog muzzles are amazing and the dogs can still drink water and pant and the rubber is comfortable under the eyes. This has actually stopped them from barking as well because I guess they know they can't do anything. Thank you!! Other companies need to start making these in tiny sizes for very small dogs. Everyone knows that small dogs can be very aggressive too they just don't do as much damage. This could use a little tweeking to make the cage area more narrow so there isn't a big gap underneath the chin. And that the muzzle straps are more secure after tightening to prevent having to use super glue. A size smaller would be a perfect fit for a chihuahua. I give it a solid B and highly recommend!

This is no where near what the description says it's supose to look like. There is absolutely NO "patted straps", the "cute bone strap" doenst exist either and instead I got some cheep loop that while muzzle training all my pit bull had to do was get one good paw at it and it came right out of the adjuster. The plastic is soo far from soft/flexable that the muzzle came to me slightly squished and I can't not get it to completely open back up, as you can see in the pictures. The muzzle it's self looks NOTHING like the picture advertised or even the reviews. The plastic is thick and I can bairly even get treat in her mouth due to how thick it is. Let alone her be able to drink threw it. Very disappointed.The chain loop for her colar isn't even a loop it's a plastic hook looking piece that is attached to the bottom of the muzzle. which her colar doesn't even fit into.Would be returning but unfortunately she is getting fixed on Wednesday and I have to muzzle train her in time for her appointment and the muzzle is needed due to she has dog aggression.I had such high hopes for this with all the reviews. And sadly it's NOTHING like described.

I bought this for my staffie terrier but when she pulls it off or try’s too (always a fus at the beginning) she can pull it off the straps don’t sit in the side pieces at all... so maybe if you don’t have just a strong jawed dog ..

Je me suis fier aux mesures indiquées, j'ai pris un large pour ma labrador mais c'est malheureusement trop grand (j'ai même pris une taille au dessous.) J'ai aussi dû apporter des modifications aux niveau des sangles car ma chienne à facilement réussi à le retirer en 5 minutes. Dommage que les grandeurs ne soient pas comme indiquées. Parcontre, le matériau est de très bonne qualité. Les sangles sont faciles à serrer et désserrer. Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de la mauvaise grandeur mais ceci a causé des blessure sur le museau de ma chienne.

I honestly was hesitant with the product thinking that my dog was able to remove it and he is not! The muzzle stays on and he is still able to eat if you give treats. My dog (mix pitbull/bulldog) is 9 months and 50 pounds, I got a size Large. It's a perfect fit, once he grows up an XL will definitely fit better.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the company was amazing and offered to send me the correct size free of charge and to keep the original. So while I wait for the replacement I can use the too small muzzle to acclimate our dog to the muzzle.

They are able to lick the food into their mouth and swallow it.Also very cumbersome on their head and are non-stop trying to get it off, which our dog did. And was dangling around his neck, which isn't safe.Also, when its adjusted tightly so they can't get it off, the main rubber bar across their mouth goes IN their mouth where they can then chew it off.
