These came in a nice box. After a few uses, the rollers began squeaking, not enough to keep me from using the roller, but the sound does take away from the relaxing part of the massage.

I did not realize this item was coming all the way from China. It took a very long time to arrive, and when it did finally arrive, it was broken into 3 pieces. I have requested a refund.

It was a better price than all the other Jade rollers. However, I only had this for less than two weeks and it's already falling apart at one of the ends. Recommend something thats more durable.
