Great product! Highly recommend. The ramp works great for our 60lb senior dog, who can no longer jump into our car/SUV. We had to teach our dog how to use it over a few days, but now the dog really likes the ramp and we don't need to lift them up/down. It cleans easily for muddy paws. Good grip and quality of plastic even in freezing or hot summery conditions.

I was contemplating looking at a lot of others that were half this price. But they have some major flaws that you need to be aware about they use grip tape. This right here is not good for the dogs paw and it will cause issues. Also, it really isn’t as secure and the dog feels uneasy it’s slippery. This ramp uses rubber and then it has raised the bars on it. Super nice and very good for dogs. This one also has a 300 pound weight limit. The hinge on this is so much better than the cheaper ones. The plastic is thicker also. That means when your dog is using it it’s going to be more secure and they’re going to be more confident. The last thing you’re gonna want is your dog on it and it’s going to slide. I also wish I would’ve got this from my big dog along time ago. It would’ve been so much easier on his joints. Think about this if you have a bigger dog, it really is hard on their joints, jumping down from your car. You cannot go wrong with this ramp. I tried to buy cheap and I received cheap. And then when I got this one, now I know why it cost more money. Not to mention it has rubber on all parts of its feet, so that way it does not slide. The other ones do not have that.

Our 11 German Shepard is 110 lbs. His aching hips don’t allow for him to jump into the back of our SUV and clearly he’s too big for one person to lift up. The Weather Tech Pet Ramp is very sturdy and allows him to get into the SUV. It easily folds in half to store in the car or garage. It has rubber pads to keep it from slipping or scratching the tail gate. And rubber treads so the dog won’t slip while climbing up. Quality is excellent and exceeds expectations.

The headline says it all. This ramp is lightweight but can handle more weight than any dog I can think of. It is very easy to unfold and set up. We have had several types of ramps and stairs for our dogs. Most were heavy and awkward and most did not have the rubber walking surface that this ramp has. It definitely provides secure footing for your dog.This is an excellent product.

WeatherTech has always made excellent quality products, and this ramp was no exception. I bought it as my dog is aging and needs to avoid high-impact jumps. The ramp is very sturdy and extremely easy to assemble/disassemble; you can easily do it in one movement once you get the hang of it. Another positive aspect is that you can assemble/disassemble with gloves (and snow gloves) on; there's no switch to operate or handle to latch). Make sure, however, that your fingers are properly placed in the space made for your hand. If it closes inadvertently (e.g. due to high wind gusts) and your hand is not in the right place, you'll feel it (believe me). The ramp has edges on the sides that prevent your dog from falling. In addition, it really holds 300 lbs. I'm 130lbs and my dog is 90lbs, and it held both of us without problem when we first tried it.
