Q: When charging the battery case without phone installed, is the four symbols supposed to flash or be a solid blue light?

If you charge the battery case separately, the LED indicator is supposed to flash. If the battery case is fully charged, it will become solid.

Q: Is it meant to just have one light flashing when charging as none of the other have even came on?

I'd like to show you the correct way to charge the phone and battery case together. If you charge the battery case with the phone installed while plugged in, you need to press the power button on the back of the battery case. The phone will be charged after you press the power button. The battery case will be charged next after the phone is fully charged. The charging time for the phone is 2 hours. The charging time for the battery case is 8 hours. It will take 10 hours for both of them to be fully charged in one cycle. If you don’t press the power button while plugged in, only the battery case will be charged. Please use the original charger and cable that come with the phone to charge the battery case. Generic or non-original chargers and cables usually cause the battery case to malfunction. Please try the steps above.
