Casenote Legal Briefs for Evidence Keyed to Fisher Paperback – May 17, 2013

It seems to conflict with other authority. For instance, it is misleading to state "may be admissible to..." and then goes no to state only a very narrow list of exceptions without stating that any other reasons not listed when it is referring to 411, 410, 408, 407, 409. In reality those listed exceptions are only examples not an exhaustive list as it seems to state.

This book is great since it tracks the Case Book to the T. Every brief that is listed in the Case Book can be located in this supplement. The briefs are written very well and even includes some additional study guides inside the cover.

First off, Casenotes has lots of good books, which I've had a great experience with, and the Seller shipped very promptly, which I was very happy with, HOWEVER, this is an old edition that is missing a substantial amount of caselaw. You may consider a newer edition, 11th or newer...

Matches up perfectly with the cases and the order they are in the textbook. Summarizes each case great. Will definitely help you be prepared for class. Well worth the $$$$.
