I ordered this as a gift and as in the past, whenever possible, I inspect the contents to ensure everything is in order. I tried it out without reading the instructions to see how user-friendly it is and with only one button, it doesn't get any easier than that. To activate & deactivate the heating feature, simply hold the button down and by default, it will heat up on the first temperature setting. Simply press on the button again to increase the heat. It does heat up in 3 seconds (I timed it!). I can see the first setting be used more for soothing sore muscles; the second setting to warm bare skin; and the third setting when wearing an extra layer of thin material. I was so impressed that I've decided to keep it for myself. I picked the rose gold and it's exactly what I expected it to look. It is light, portable, and comes with its own suede case. Oh and let's not forget that this doubles as a power bank! This is absolutely a great purchase and I highly recommend it!

I love this product, my hands are always cold and this is perfect for me. I originally bought two, turned them on and placed one in each pocket (robe/coat/sweater). They heat up fast and hold that heat for hours, I used them for 5 hours one day, so far that's the longest I tried them for...I have since bought four more as gifts, Birthday and Christmas...Love them and hope my giftees do as well.

This item arrived quickly and it's an attractive addition to my work coat pocket. I spend a lot of time horse back riding and this is perfect on cold mornings. It heats up quickly and is just the right temp for my bare hands. I move it between pockets to cover both hands. I really should get a second one!

Exactly what I wanted and more. Excellent product for a great price, warms up almost instantly and runs hot for a long time. Doesn't die for hours and charges your phone at the same time. I've had it for a while and there hasn't been any problems. Definitely would buy again!
