It looks nice, but I have problems with it. I can't figure out how to open it to use the key. The inside handle pops out a bit with pulling force. There weren't the proper parts included to lock the three additional deadbolts. The turning deadbolt is unable to be unlocked from the outside.

This door lock is very durable and very stylish it comes in handy when your hands are full with groceries when all you have to do is use your fingerprint instead of rummaging around for Your keys. Matter of fact I don't even take my keys with me anymore. And exactly to the pineworld team thank you for everything you're very understanding and polite to be honest one of the most impressive customer service experiences I've had ever they help you with anything and everything of their products all you have to do is ask and trust me they will help you.

Works perfectly ,installing it isn’t easy requires a little bit knowledge working on doors since this lock is designed for international door locks. A lot better than a deadbolt lock equal 3 of them

This giant lock system required that I drill out a huge chunk of the door itself to install it, now after only a year, the handle won’t even allow someone to open the door from the inside of the house to exit!!! Now I have to buy a new door 😡.

The media could not be loaded.  Well it worked great now it won't even engage the lock or anything should have went with something different

The connection columns are too long , I need for installation 40mm long.

Don't get me wrong, this is a very cool product. The fingerprint and key fob access is very nice. The product is built well using sturdy materials. However, I have 2 things to mention. 1. I put this into a wood door. It took a lot to route out the massive internal hole needed to slide this into. I used a jigsaw and drill bits to make the holes. I used a chisel for the fine tuning. The template they sent me was not very useful. I was afraid of messing up my front door the whole time because of needing to hollow out the door. 2. The front (exterior) piece had to be installed upside down to match the interior piece. It looks like the deadbolt was manufactured on the wrong end of the unit. It's not a huge deal, but now all my numbers are upside down outside. I am not sure how to contact support for this. I would actually like to install this the right side up. It's not like the 2 halves are wrong, it is the unit inside the door that is wrong. Not sure if anyone else experienced this.The functionality of the unit is really decent. Inputting the fingerprints was a breeze! Now my out of town guests can come and go as they please when they visit. The pin feature and key fob work very well. The finish of the product is very sleek looking. I really like this door handle, even though the outside on mine is upside down.
