Hakubaku Fresh Ramen Tonkotsu Pork Flavor, 3 Pack, 9.7 ounce (2 servings/pk), Japanese Restaurant-Style Fresh Noodle Soup

This is a great tasting "instant" Ramen. Instant in air quotes because its a little more involved than a cup of noodle but not by much. Its less than 5 minutes to prepare. Can easily be doctored to add more flavor as well. I made mine with a soft boiled egg and added some chili oil and green onions. The noodles are good quality and the broth is tasty, not super salty like some instant ramens can be. Will be ordering more of the Tonkotsu and the Soy based broth as well.

A friend told me about this Ramen. We love it. My wife will eat until it's gone.FYI - get your share before passing the bowl.It's easy to prepare. You take one bag of noodles and one of the flavoring. What I do is put a couple cups or more water in a pan (no need to measure, read on) and bring to a boil. Get a bowl to serve in and put the flavoring in. Be sure to get the humidity packet out of the noodles and then place the noodles in the boiling water. It takes about 2-1/2 minutes to cook (the noodles are fresh, not hard). Right before you're done, take just less than a cup of the boiling water and mix with the flavoring in the bowl. Mix up and then drain and place the noodles in this bowl with the flavoring. Stir/combine and serve.So easy and great taste!

I tried this ramen kit because I have heard good thing about it. Yes, it was really good and close to what I eat at Ramen restaurants. Noodle is fresh and soft (before cooking). I love its flavor and texture. I am so glad because I can enjoy great ramen at home now thanks to this product.

Noodles were nice and chewy comparable to fresh noodles. Broth is rich and flavorful. All in all very good ramen high quality.

The noodles are very good but the soup base is a little bit too salty. The price is reasonable.

I’d say the noodles are really good. However, if you can’t eat salty food like me, consider put only half of the soup base. It’s so salty._.And the soup base tastes just like general shoyu tonkotsu.

So so good. I added all kinds of vegetables to it and one time i added pork belly omg it was delicious...u just use what ever u have on hand and the noodles and broth were fantastic. I woukd like a bowl now!!!!

As quick and easy as instant ramen but with, almost, a ramen house taste and feel. Well worth it for convenience and price. Don't get me wrong you're still going to want to go to a ramen restaurant for true ramen but this will absolutely do in a pinch. And admit it you still like the taste of instant ramen so you will go back to that every now and then too.
