"Il Molino Denocciolato" is an excellent Organic Pitted Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is obtained cold pressing pitted olives from secular olive trees on the hilly territory between Montefiascone and the Bolsena lake in northern Lazio region. Il Molino "Denocciolato" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with olives once they have been pitted or "de-stoned" adding quality to the oil making process. The result is oil that is delicate, faintly fruity and suitable for all kinds of dishes. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is golden/yellow in color, dense and clear, with an initial fragrance of citrus followed by herbs and then green tomatoes. Its flavor is fruity with hints of sage, thistle and artichoke finishing with a bit of hot pepper.
