Natural Animal Feeds Five Star Superflex

Superflex contains many of the same ingredients found in all of these equine joint supplements whilst providing value for money, so when I was looking for a joint supplement for my 22 year old, slightly stiff mare I decided to give it a try. I fed as suggested, beginning with the loading dose before moving to the maintenance dose but saw no difference in my mare.Although my mare did not improve on this supplement, I am aware that this is often the case with these types of supplements, with some working for some horses but not with others. I am also aware that this is a supplement to support joint health, not a cure for existing problems, so is likely to be better suited as a preventative treatment rather than when stiffness is already present. I am sure in the right circumstances this supplement would be ideal, but it didn't work for me and my mare.

My horse is 26 and not as supple as he was. Superflex keeps him very supple and everyone comments about how young and supple he is. Even his physiotherapist says she has seen 9 year olds stiffer than he is
