Big Tape Measure - Fun Time - Extends to 100cm - For Ages 3+

The item arrived today and immediately upon trying to use the product, I noticed that it was faulty. The tape barely comes out of the tape measure and makes a terrible dragging noise when being pulled out and even more so when it is being rolled back into the holder. The item is stiff and as an adult I had difficulty with it, so it's unlikely that my young nephew will manage to either pull out the tape measure or roll it back in again. I was really looking forward to my nephew playing with this item but have to say I have been left rather disappointed at the poor quality of the product.

My grandson loved his tape measure from the moment he got it. It goes every where with him and has at the moment, usurped his favourite teddy at bedtime!!!
