Works great, comes with two different kind of blades.Its jerky time for me,But would help with any of your holiday party needs .

I hoped to slice paper thin serano ham. not able to. rpm is very slow, thickness adjustment is flakey..and the frame can flex if you press too hard. slide tray is plastic and has movement. the serrated blade cuts better than smooth one. Did work good on eggplant, potato, cukes, onion, and firm veggies. need to go slow cutting. also is noisy, it is a gear drive motor.

It easily slices meat and hard cheese. The extra blade makes it easy. For a home version it one of the better ones. Only complaint is cleaning behind the blade guard takes extra time.

Low power. Doesn’t slice easily.Wouldn’t buy again.

I have only used this one time so far and not very impressed at all.trying to cut 1/4" slabs of raw meat was a challenge because of the super slow RPM'sat first I thought something was binding up because the blade moves so slow.it was hard to actually cut a slab off and have it cut the whole piece.maybe if the meat was half frozen it might be a lot easier.can't imagine how hard it will be to try and cut thin sandwich meat.the blade was hard to remove for cleaning also.

The back piece flexes and causes the size of your cuts to change if you press too hard, it spins too slow and is a nightmare to clean

I wasn't sure if I can cut frozen meat but it worked. A little slower in speed but for household use, it's more than enough. Also got a great deal on it too. The only thing that makes is 4 stars instead of 5 is that the thickness adjuster does not hold. If you push your meat a little hard against the blade, the setting would be messed up and you end up getting a much thicker cut.
