Not shoe size. Misleading text
These are not a women's or men's size 9.5. They are a size 7 women,s or men's 6. The 9.5 is the total length.

My husband has restless leg these have calmed his legs down

I wear a women's size 9 1/2 and these are not even close to that. I would guess they are a women's 7-8.
