Q: Does the kit come with a nickel anode and nickel ammonium sulfate?

The kit comes with a single solution without chemical description. It is applied with electrically charged metal flat spreader wrapped in white gauze to hold the solution while the solution is applied in multiple stokes. The kit worked well.

Q: can you reverse electroplate with this to strip nickel from small parts

No. To strip nickel you need a strong sulfuric acid mixture and a stainless wand. Or you could use a product called B9 Nickel Stripper which does not require power.

Q: Does it come with the silver plate liquid?

If you bought the plug N' Plate silver kit, the one shown in the letter is the zinc plating kit. Both have to be polished after plating, you arethe zinc especially. The smoother the surface you are applying it to, the deeper the gloss and higher the polish. Keep the brush flowing and don't let the metal on the handle touch what is being plated, same for he ground wire, attach it somewhere where it won't show. Keep in mind also that certain precious metal plating liquids need a pre-copper plate for best adhesion. There can't be any oil on the platee. (Simple Green does a good job getting rid of oils)

Q: I want to plate a 3d printed ring. I read this can be done by first dusting it in graphite to provide a conductive surface for plating. Is this true?

Look up on line "conductive coatings for plating on non-conductive surfaces". It's your job to do this. You need a conductive material which will adhere to the printed material. P.S. Carbon is a dry powder which will not stick to any materials I know of.
