I started to drink because of patellar fracture. I noticed within 2 days my lymph edema swelling was almost gone. At times the swelling made it painful to walk. Now that leg looks normal and no pain. I’m still in recovery stage of fracture. So far, the water helps with pain and swelling. I believe the healing around the pins in the knee is accelerated. I’m more mobile than I expected. I’m sold! I will drink a bottle each day maybe forever. There are so many parts in my body that are profiting from the water.
