The show is very thorough, easy to understand and follow. it convinced me i needed to have their cookbook. so detailed yet simple in guidance. quality book

After having lost my first one - I think it went out the door with a bunch of other books I was giving away - I purchased the latest version. Like ATK and the earlier version, the recipes are fantastic. I recently made Eastern North Carolina Fish Stew and it was so tasty. I have made a bunch of others out of the book and all of them work well and taste great. I usually select 3 recipes a week out of this book and the ATK book and go get the ingredients so I can make gourmet meals every night. Yes, some will take 1-2 hours, but the reward is well worth it.

My wife, for whom I purchased this weighty tome, really loves these recipes, particularly the desserts. She checked out the Complete Season 10 version from our library and renewed the checkout every 4 weeks for a year! It was then I decided she needed her own. The only drawback is the weight, but if you clean your kitchen occasionally you probably have enough space to put it down somewhere. Interesting recipes, a great variety of them, and clear instructions with good photographs. Worth every penny.

I had no idea the book was so thick and heavy with recipes, pictures and helpful notes. It's a wonderful book with many choices and I've had a great time just reading it. The book is a great gift idea for someone who loves to cook!

Great cookbook and so much more! The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. Added bonuses are the product reviews of kitchen items, the "best" food choices, and photos of every recipes! Amazing low price for a cookbook with over 700 pages! What more could you ask for??

Like her grandmother, my daughter is always ready to try new and interesting in the kitchen. We both love this TV cooking show and she absolutely loves the book. Tremendous variety on tried and true recipes.

This book includes all the recipes from this program from the start to current. You couldn't ask for anything more. I love the Cook's Country TV show.

Most useful book. I have tried three recipes so far and they are very good. This is not gastronomic cooking but good everyday fare. It offers several versions of the same recipe allowing for regional differences. I am sure it will be a go-to reference in days to come. My four-star rating reflects the fact that it is a recent purchase that I need to test further.
