I love this hairbrush, which is why I've purchased it multiple times! This is going to sound like any review but I'm actually picky and don't write reviews much. I had to write this one. I've been looking for a good hair brush for a while. I have long hair and need a good brush to get the tangles out in a way that's not painful. This hairbrush brushes well, and the bristles are flexible and more sporadic compared to the other brushes- so that help with brushing my hair after the shower and with cleaning hair off the brush. I also like I guess, I can kind of see how this brush can break but I don't know how hard you need to be brushing your hair for it to break. I have to say though: I'm a white girl, so I don't know how it well this brush would work for natural hair. But still, the 2 of these hairbrushes I've purchased haven't broken for me personally. But anyway, I've bought multiple types of hairbrushes and returned them. This is the one that has been consistent in helping me get out tangles as well as has been very soft and not pull out my hair. I was skeptical at first because of the high rating (you can't really trust Amazon ratings nowadays), but then I figured it's free returns, so I might as well risk it. I'd glad I did. Also, another huge plus for me: VERY easy to clean!!!

I really like this brush a lot. I have very fine, thin hair and need a brush that is gentle. This is perfect. It leaves my hair soft, smooth and shiny. No tangles. No static. Works fine with wet or dry hair. Brush is lightweight and comfortable to hold.

I got the brush with boar bristles at first and it worked great at getting my hair less static, smooth, soft, but I was initially scared of pulling hair out and any bristles really are going to get stuck. I emailed customer service concerned and they sent me the one without the boar and it worked great getting it dentagled and THEN using the boar brush to be a little more thorough and making it smooth, shiny, less staticy. I think it is beneficial to have both of the brushes and would love if they could have them as a set as an option. As well as such great customer service. The shape also works wonderful as I can feel the tip of the bristles cover a wide area of my scalp and massage. My husband actually asked if it was a scalp massager! My hair is medium thickness, slightly wavy, and down to my lower back/waist and this brush is amazing 😍 it's worth it to get a good brush. Also my old brush from a gas station I had for 6 years..... Would always come away with clumps and clumps of hair (still have thick hair) and I would be worried about losing to much. I've been watching Everytime I brush with this brush to empty and see how much comes away and it is less than half the amount of my old brush of hair that comes off onto the brush wet or dry! I'm truly amazed at how much LESS hair is left on the brush 😁 get it, you can thank me later 🥰

I bought this brush because of all the good reviews and needed something that could handle both wet and dry hair. Overall, it works well — it detangles nicely without pulling too much and feels gentle on the scalp. However, I did notice that some of the black boar bristles have started to fall out after a few uses. It’s still a good brush and does the job, but I wish it were a bit more durable.

I have purchased several de-tangle brushes all claiming to be the best and easiest on tangles.I found them to be flimsy due to their open spiral design and generally ineffective. The Osensia de-tangle brush is sturdy enough to de-tangle my unruly curly hair, reducing breakage and pain while the venting design facilitates drying.I'll never use anything else! My 2 granddaughters have snarly hair, so I bought them Osensia brushes; my daughter said they're lifesavers. When my granddaughter left hers behind on a trip, I received an urgent SOS call from my daughter to get a replacement ASAP! She said my granddaughter refused to allow "no other brush touch her head." The best testimonial for your great de-tangler brush!

Most of the comments talk about how this was a miracle brush. I can't tell whether these reviews are fake or whether our situation is just such that even the mightiest brush is not worthy. Our daughter, since she was born, did not want us touching her head. She is now almost 4 and things have not changed. It is like torture for her when we brush her hair. We've tried the "WET" brush, which was no better. I thought this might do the trick. Her exact words were "OUCH! That hurts!" when I tried brushing her hair. I tried from the bottom moving up, but when I hit the rats nest... she's done. Anyone expecting miracles that claim this is a miracle - probably doesn't have a kid with a super sensitive head/hair. Maybe it is easier/better at getting tangles out, but it still took a lot of effort and our daughter screamed her little heart out the whole time. Have tried it dry. Have tried it wet. Have tried it running water through her hair during the inquisition, but nothing helped. Maybe things will be better after a few more days worth of use, but so far, we're unimpressed.

This is the Best hairbrush I've ever used. I have long , thick , fine hair that easily tangles especially after washing . Even with conditioner and leave in treatment it can be trying. I decided to buy this brush on a whim , as I'm always looking to find the perfect brush and I did. It gets thru the tangles in no time wet or dry and I really like how it flexes against your scalp. It's not too stiff or too soft but very lightweight. I'll be ordering another soon and can finally throw out the one brush that came close but has seen better days.
