I love this hairbrush, which is why I've purchased it multiple times!This is going to sound like any review but I'm actually picky and don't write reviews much. I had to write this one.I've been looking for a good hair brush for a while. I have long hair and need a good brush to get the tangles out in a way that's not painful.This hairbrush brushes well, and the bristles are flexible and more sporadic compared to the other brushes- so that help with brushing my hair after the shower and with cleaning hair off the brush. I also likeI guess, I can kind of see how this brush can break but I don't know how hard you need to be brushing your hair for it to break. I have to say though: I'm a white girl, so I don't know how it well this brush would work for natural hair. But still, the 2 of these hairbrushes I've purchased haven't broken for me personally.But anyway, I've bought multiple types of hairbrushes and returned them. This is the one that has been consistent in helping me get out tangles as well as has been very soft and not pull out my hair.I was skeptical at first because of the high rating (you can't really trust Amazon ratings nowadays), but then I figured it's free returns, so I might as well risk it. I'd glad I did.Also, another huge plus for me: VERY easy to clean!!!

I love this brush!! I have super short hair, it smooths my hair out so well!! my daughter has super long hair, she uses it to blow dry her hair and it dry's really fast! LOVE IT!!!

Hello!! I am 53yy and have always had thin, wavy hair...cut in an asymmetric style. Washed it everyday, blew it dry, added a little spray and went to my business. Nothing to it. Compliments several times a day...Everyday.Then I got Breast Cancer. After my hair grew back in, I then had thick and I MEAN THICK~SPIRAL CURLS. I had no clue how to wash it, what to wash it with, do I dry it??...don’t dry it??...I couldn’t find a good hairdresser that knew how to work with curly hair here in Florida. So I wore hats and a ponytail every single day. I had no clue how to style this new hair.In the shower, I couldn’t get my fingers or a wide tooth comb through it, it hurt and the shower wall would be COVERED with my hair from it breaking off/pulling out. It took me FOREVER.After 7 YEARS of dealing with this, I tried another hairdresser that I knew and she grabbed a BRUSH after washing my color out (Bleach at that!!). I’m looking at her like she’s NUTS. I had already told her my many years of dealing with this hair so I was shocked about her having a brush in her hand!! And she tanned at my Salon so she knew my hair before chemo.She started brushing my wet hair out while telling me all about these new brushes. She told me to buy ONLY this brand and where to buy it. She BRUSHED MY HAIR OUT WITH A BRUSH!! Took no time at all, hardly lost any hair, it didn’t hurt like...well you know!! LOL!! I left and my hair looked beautiful, so shiny and so soft and healthy. I immediately went and bought the brush, I also bought a round one and I’m just absolutely thrilled with these brushes.Oh, the first time I used them, my husband noticed right away!! 1st~how fast I got ready!! lol and 2nd~how shiny and healthy it looked. I didn’t even have to straighten it!! These brushes are just like Magic!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks for your time!! 🥰

As the father of four girls I have learned more about brushing then I ever thought I would. My 10 year old daughter has hair so thick that I am always afraid the handle will break. Her hair is so thick it will literally pull the bristles out. When my wife or her older sister help brush her hair it looks more like a torture session than a styling session. All this leads up to why this brush. I must admit I was a little skeptical as I read all the other great reviews. Boy am I glad I did. When it showed up she called me asking if she could open the package. I then got a call back a little later telling me how much she loved her new brush. When I got home, she had to show me how smoothly it went through her hair with no pulling. I used it and couldn't believe the difference, so I grabbed her old brush and tried it again, just to compare. There was no comparison the old brush snagged and pulled its way through, while the flexi brush was one continuous motion. Two of her sisters had to try it, and while their hair isn't nearly as thick they both liked it better than their current brushes, so there will be several more purchases in the future. I don't know if it is the boar's hair bristles, or the flexible back, or some other magic designed into this brush, but what I do know is that there is no comparison to her last brush. I can't speak to the durability of the brush yet, as we have had it less than a week, but it seems well built. I know every hair type is different, but for our family this has already become the treasured brush.Update: the brush handle broke after 6 months. I have had interactions with their customer service for an unrelated issue, and their over and above response is what has kept this at four stars.
