Washer showed F11 error code, no motor activity. Simply installed this board, very easy to do, bingo back in business.

This is my second replacement MB for my washer. the price was competitive with others , except they did not have a core charge which reduced the the price almost $25. I have this MB installed for several months without issues. The price of 3.5 MBs is about the cost of a new washer. If the MB goes again, I will consider a new washer rather than a new MB.

Two years ago, we decided it was time to replace our then 15 year old washer/dryer. However, we soon learned that our new washer had certain restrictions as to what could and could not be laundered. That forced us to reinstall our old set, which was working fine, in the basement so we could wash those forbidden items. Two weeks ago, the washer had it's first service call ever. The technician have us the part number as the machine was so old he was unable to get the control board through his authorized supplier. I went right to Amazon, input the part number and within a few seconds up popped the part! I was estatic and relieved! It was the last one at a great price so I ordered it right away. It arrived promptly 3 days later. I also appreciated that it was in a clear wrapping with a note explaining it could not be returned once opened. This enabled us to make sure it was the correct part. Our service tech came and installed it very quickly and our 17 yr. old washer was working again! Thanks to a great seller and Amazon for making that possible!

Works perfect! Saved the Day

Everything pointed to an electrical problem. Washer kept showing F11 error. I was able to run the self diagnostic and it pointed to a communication problem between the Main board and the Motor Control Unit. The MCU looked to have a short. I followed online video help and was able to easily replace the MCU.We're back in business.

Before purchasing this item, we crossed check the model number to make sure that it would work. Because of Covid we were delayed to find someone to install. Today we tried to install the part but the connectors do not work and we are past the return window. Buyer beware that the model number checker is false. Today, when we tried again to crosscheck the model numbers it says that it’s not sure if the part will work. What I’m sure of is that we just lost a lot of money with this purchase. Buyer beware!

My Duet washer was flashing an error code 11, and after looking on line for a fix, I found the likely suspect was the motor control board. I followed the instructions and replaced it, and now my Duet washer is working like a champ again!

Exactly what I needed to fix the f11 error on a ghw9150pw4. This same board is twice as much from other sites.
