Good Basic Insole
Perfect replacement for the stock insoles in size 45 Reebok gl 1000 trainers. The stock ones are too narrow with a hard edge that digs into the bottom of your foot. These riemot wide fit ones are the correct width and have a softer tapered edge to them. They are also thinner and less densly shock-absorbing, however, so how long they will last remains to be seen. So, ideal for what I wanted. OK quality-wise for £5 but ideally would be better. I would have got some Decathlon Kalenji R300 ones, but they were out of stock, and are also £3 more expensive.Note that the riemot product listing can be very confusing since it covers several different types of insole and materials, not merely a difference in colour: from memory foam (which these ones are NOT) to PU, shock absorbing, flannel, wide etc.. These ones are labelled "beige/wide" and have a creamy grey woven footbed (which should clean easily) with a blue foam underneath.

Excellent arch support. Relief for big toe.
Size 10 fit perfectly. Good density bùt still very comfortable. Well shaped holding my sole well on the inner and outer sides including a good arch support which is helping to take weight off my toe joint to provide some welcome pain relief. Used with trainers which have some existing arch support these boost this nicely and for flat boater style shoes which had no real support these help enormously.

Budget memory insoles
Firstly, fitting: These run too large in fitting terms. I suggest ordering at least one size down from your shoe size or if you are concerned, maybe two sizes down. I ordered one size down to my shoe size, whilst the footwear they're for are large versions of that size. The one size down fits perfectly. For other shoes I have which are smaller versions of their shoe size I think I may order two sizes down.Review.Some customers seem to have had different experiences with these insoles.Mine is that I was very impressed upon first inserting them and walking about, but in a few days of little use they are compressed to be virtually as thick as very thin, cheap quilted style insoles (which aren't memory foam). This was pretty expectable. I'm not surprised. Considering I paid £6.45 for a size 13 adult, they're not much dearer than the cheap, non-memory insoles which start at the thickness these soon get to.Putting that aside, I should compare them with the fairly disposable memory foam insoles I have used for years (used to be 99p a pair in places such as Pounndstretcher, pound stores, Home Bargains, B&M but now would be double to triple that price). The disposable memory insoles are good and stay quite good - better than these riemot insoles - for 3 or 4 weeks, maybe less time, depending on use. So if you can find them and are OK with changing insoles every month or so, they should be better for you. Sometimes I used to use two of those disposable memory insoles in the same shoe, which was really good. However it would be so much better to live in a non-disposable, sustainable world especially where plastics are concerned.I quite like the riemot insoles, and I am imagining (but just imagining) they will keep their current function and comfort for maybe around 6 to 8 weeks, maybe longer. They have lost their original memory cushioning, but they retain some comfort. This comfort is not as good as the disposable memory insoles which last up to 3 or 4 weeks. Though remember that the disposable versions fall apart anyway usually by a month. I imagine these will last double that time or longer whilst not being as comfortable. There is still an amount of half decent cushioning here in the riemots, though they're quite thin already. They are probably better than the cheap non-memory versions I first talked about (including some supposed "sports" versions I've tried for normal use). At the price I paid I have to say these riemots are around their money and everything is pretty predictable on value for money terms. You will not be "making a steal" by any means but they will satisfy some people. These insoles tell you you're not going to come across really comfortable, lasting memory insoles at around this budget price, while they're not bad for as long as they will last.I can tell from wearing them that some people will think they're poor and some people will think they're working well for them. They are budget insoles. If you would be thinking about good quality, good function and lasting memory insoles, I don't know if you'll find them. In any event, it's unlikely that they would be around this price if you were to find them.

🤔
I bought many of these shoes insoles since long time ago. I use them mostly with hoka bondi 7,8, etc. They say bondi are the most cushioned/plushed shoes in the world and yet for me are not enough. However when I add these insoles, the plush becomes complete, even if these insoles are not the softest ones, I choose them for the balance between plush and responsiveness. For all day comfort I size up shoes a lot, and for 7.5 uk size I use insole 7 which gives me room to position them correctly inside the shoes. I renew them quite often for hygiene purposes. I have more expensive insoles as well with different built in features, but overall, for the ease to install, remove, buy, price, for the support and comfort they offer, I think these are the best, and for a long time, I received the same constant quality product. To install them correctly, don’t go from the calf to toenails, bend the insole from the outside with your fingers, stick it inside the shoe without laying it down first, reach the end of the shoe (toenail cap), and start laying it down all the way to the calf. Sometimes good insoles don’t work simply because they’re not installed correctly. I work 11 hours standing/walking shift, I run/workout walk a lot and I have these insoles in most of my shoes and I can never complain about them. I guess, give these a try. Thank you!

Very soft and comfortable
Got them as my office brogues are getting thinned out and hard on my knees when I walk.Fitted these in nicely, the back foot area felt very comfortable.Just a note on shoe type, the brogue for example have tighter depth at the toe area so the insole made the toe box tighter than usual.

Bought to replace Adidas insoles in trainers
Was suffering with sore feet after exercising. The soles on the trainers are like new but thought the inner sole may have gone, how right i was. having removed the old inner soles i could see how compacted they were, and offering no comfort. These went straight in with no adjustments, so perfect size.

Perfect replacement insoles for your Uggs!!!
LISTEN! If you own a pair of Uggs and secretly wear them without socks these are for you! They fit PERFECTLY inside my Uggs making them snug and comfy. This pic is how they look today and this is my second pair. After washing they ALWAYS fluff up like brand new. Look at them. So fluffy. These are over a year old. No joke.Give your boots new life with a pair of these. I promise you, I am TELLING YOU, you will not be sorry. I even put them in my slippers in the winter sometimes. They resist sweat and keep my toes snuggly.

Perfectas
Muy cómodas y se adaptan perfectamente a las deportivas. Importante comparar medidas en centímetros del producto con las plantillas originales a la hora de elegir el número.
