Will edit with a picture as soon as I can…I got this as a Christmas gift for my mother in law (I’m very close to) she lost our Father in law a few years ago now ~ “Love you always George” of course she loved it. The problem isn’t her it’s me and why.. I thought this was going to be something she could wear but with the chain included it’s certainly going to tarnish first wear. I wish there had been an upgrade for that bc I would have taken it and gladly paid more. I thought bc it was a holiday deal type thing I was actually getting a deal. This gift is either a wear it once maybe twice if you don’t get it wet or leave it in the box and admire it type thing. I was highly disappointed to see a flimsy little chain that reminds me of the 25c gumball machine ones. His handwriting came out nice and all but that chain killed my whole gift. I bragged it up for weeks! I always get her something thoughtful, heartfelt and thank you for making it for her but maybe there needs to be a choice for those things?!?!

This bracelet is special- I can’t emphasize that enough.I will use this designer again and agin. The pieces are one of a kind and beautiful. I hope she knows her pieces can bring comfort to a grieving person. I recommend this jewelry for any big moment in life (weddings, birthdays, graduations, births and deaths).Here’s some details:•Shiny, seems durable (I’ve had it a day), thick, and writing does not bend.•Slight curve to the message so it lays better on the wrist.•Measures 8.5 inches end to end which is too long for me but I know the seller would make adjustments if needed.•Very quick to reply to all emails as I was changing design ideas through the process.•Tiny Caitlyn Minimalist heart on the end of the chain is adorable.•Probably won’t be able to wear any other bracelets on that wrist because it will tangle- which is fine with me because this bracelet is so special.•Writing does weigh more so it does tend turn on your wrist and you can’t see the writing.Thank you Caitlyn and Team

When I finally received this bracelet, over a week later from the latest possible date I had paid to receive it by, it was very nice. I immediately went to my parents to give it to my mom since I had been promising it to her for weeks, so I forgot to take a picture, but it was very nice, worth the money.I just wish the company had better communication. I paid extra for expedited shipping, and it was received well out of that time frame. I understand they were busier than anticipated and COVID-19 affecting many companies, but they should have reached out to explain there was going to be a massive delay. So I do recommend this, but buyer beware that it may take many additional weeks than promised

I ordered this for my sister for her birthday. I contacted Caitlyn for conformation and to send her a photo if the signature. I was really impressed by how fast her company gets back to you for question!!! I was really grateful that she was really helpful to my question.Ironically, the gift came a DAY BEFORE her birthday which was perfect (especially if you believe in faith). I bought this for my sister-in-law to honor the death of her daughter who passed away due to Metastatic Breast Cancer (Stage IV). She was so pleased and touched with how beautiful and special this bracelet is and it looks so perfect on her wrist. When she realized it was her daughter's handwriting, she got very emotional and said, "OMG, I'll always have a piece of her with me." I have one of these for my own daughter who just passed away from the same horrible disease and I love it as well. This is such a wonderful tribute to honor anyone you love.
