the printer is very light and compact. Easy to install. Fast printing when using printing from console. Since windows is very slow printing. The paper used is too delicate. It is generally very good.

... machine for last 10 months--at the beginning it worked fine print out was clear but for last 6 months ...
i am using this machine for last 10 months--at the beginning it worked fine print out was clear but for last 6 months white dots appear on random fashion over the photos so we print 2 or 3 copies if lucky one came out without white spot, spots are size of pin head.I am loosing money business & my time. i clean machine always after each 25 sheets print out,is there any one who could tell me how I could get rid of this white spot from photos

Excellent product.
I am using this printer for photos on my business card and the colors are really very good. The printer does not occupy space, their management through the Photo Desiree program is great and very easy to operate. I recommend 100%, not wasted.
