I play classical guitar so I decided to get this toy for a friend's daughter who is one year old going on to two. The battery compartment is quite well made and the 3 batteries provided fit easily into them. I pressed each button and tapped my feet to the rhythm of the music. It was fun and creative. There is +/- button to control the volume. When the power on/off button is hit, there is that standard rock and roll tune that makes one feel like grabbing the guitar and spread out the legs while playing this tune if you know what I mean. I have yet to turn over the present to the official owner. I wish they make one with classical music chunks.

I bought this gift for my friend’s son, cuz I want to buy him sth special for this holiday seasons. I hope that one day when he becomes a pop star, he will remember that I bought him his first guitar. I placed the order on a Wednesday, amazon said delivery is on Friday, at first I’m a little worried if I will be receive it on time, I need to for Saturday. The seller ships really fast, to my surprise, I got it one day before which is Thursday. The guitar toy is really really cool, the little boy loves it. He tries to play it and hold it for the whole afternoon really make us laugh. This is a strong buy for holiday gift

Seems well enough made. I was hoping the strings strummed individual notes more like a guitar but they just play the same song clips. My son is 1 and loves picking my husbands guitar and he seems to get bored with this pretty quickly. The power button is a giant colorful button on the front of the guitar so that inevitably gets pushed all the time.Seems like a fine toy but not quite what I was hoping for

Looks nice and all, but the beats installed to the upper 5 buttons do not sound like Rock music at all. They don't match with other riff sounds from strings or the bar.It would have been better with strap rings.BTW, sounds on the power button sound a lot like Iron Maiden'sWrathchild.

It is okay. Noisy and a bit annoying. The volume control looks like a music button so it is always getting higher and higher. It engages the child... but annoys the adult.

This is a great little guitar fir a toddler. My grandson loves it. It is durable and has fun sounds. Great choice!
