Overcharged me. Paid $15.76 and a price sticker in the mug says $5.99. Did not accept my first review. This is my second attempt at reviewing the product

Prettiest llama
This mug is absolutely beautiful. It is artistically and elegantly done. I really love the prettiness of this mug. It is a very feminine design. I love drinking from it, I feel happy when I use this mug, how could anyone not?! It’s a llama mug! Buy it!!

Giving one star because the product arrive damaged. Deep chip in the mug’s side. It’s a shame, wish I didn’t have to return it.

Charming comfortable, not packed safely
A miracle it came intact, loss 1 star. Was only in bubblewrap, no box. But it is a charming and comfortable cup. My daughter got this as a gift and I loved it so much I bought one for myself.
