I think the product I had was faulty. The drill would change speed in its own, would only go on one direction, then stopped working altogether. Disappointed and I have returned the product. It looked cute, but would get very warm from the moment I turned on, not just when in use. As I said, could just have been a dodgy one but overall, my experience of it was unreliable.

I love the look of this drill - prettier than most and great value for money. It is easy to use and doesn't make your nail feel uncomfortable at all. The medium drill bit is the one I find best - some of the other accessories are not very effective but I will add other bits to it as I determine what I need. Overall, I would recommend.

Fabulous drill. Works perfectly well and great that it has a reverse as well. Surprised for the price it came with a foot pedal but I haven't used this so cannot advise how it works. All in all great little drill very reasonably priced.

It was good while it lasted. I have had it for six months and I have been only using it twice a month for private use and suddenly it has stopped working with no other reason than a manufacturer fault. Very dissatisfied with the product.

Been using this drill for like a month now and it has been amazing so far! It’s been really easy to use and had no issues so far!I love the fact that compare to other drills that I have tried this one doesn’t feel cheap and very lightweight it has weight to it (obv not heavy) it feels to be very good quality!Very happy with this purchase!

I definitely don’t recommend it!!The pen gets hot and it stopped working after the fourth time using it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After hearing so many good reviews about this drill, I receive it, try to switch it on and it doesn’t even do anything, but the on button was on. How disappointing, right when I needed it as well.

Nail drill worked perfectly and was brilliant value for money. On top of that the company are amazing with customer service and will help with any problems which is very reassuring
