I like to think it’s doing something because they have billions of probiotics. but I have not noticed a difference probably because I do t take them consistently. I keep mine in the fridge.

I take this plus Peppermint Oil and no longer take prescription meds that only made my symptoms worse. I urge anyone with IBS to give this a try. Stick with it and take it every day.
