I didn’t replace the battery because I didn’t realize there was one. It wouldn’t work, but still looked cute hanging on my deck. Finally found the insert instructions and realized the battery might be dead. Once I replaced it, it charges all day and looks colorful and beautiful at night!

I’ve had this up for 3 days and really enjoy it - both during the day and night. During the day it is crystal clear and very pretty moving in the breeze. I wouldn’t call it “chimes” as there is no sound, but that’s ok for me. I live in an apartment and not everyone likes the sound of wind chimes so this is pretty without sound. At night the colors are beautiful - changing from green, red, blue, green and purple. It is a little hard to make out the shapes at night, but the colors are still bright and pretty. I hung it up on a very overcast day and it only got about 2 hours of daylight, not really sun, and yet it lit up through the night. I’m very happy with the purchase.

These are basically acrylic and probably won't last long, but what does nowadays? I would re purchase again next year to keep them in my yard

Light stopped working after 3-4 months. Pretty disappointed

Works right out of the box. Well constructed. Colors are vivid and unit adjusts to the light around it.

This was delivered on June 4, 2003 and as of July 24, 2003 already stopped working. It was very pretty when it worked but his was not a cheap item.
