I just received then and I can't changethe volume to higher or lower from the device. I got it today and it says that I can send it back until the 31st...today is Saturday 29th... so I don't know how come is so little time. In addition, I looked for new itemand it looks used. Very disappointed!!

Solid construction. Dedicated on/off switch (convenient). Battery life between charges, much better than others. Made to flip 180 for use on either ear (very desirable). Far superior to my other brands headsets.

I bought this and initially loved it, and used it three times. After the third use, it refused to hold a charge or to turn on. The charging light comes on when I attempt to charge it, but it immediately shuts off when I unplug it from the charger and try to use it. Very disappointed in this product!

I was very happy with this item until now. It has completely stopped working. Will not charge; turn on or do anything. I am glad I didn't pay a lot for it as I would be extremely upset right now, but it should have lasted more than 4 months.
